Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and professional Client Relationship Manager to join our digital marketing team. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction. This includes developing a system to reliably and effectively manage clients and track communication. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with clients.  

Role and Responsibilities:  
 
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty 
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries 
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner 
• Manage and track customer accounts 
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients 
• Identify potential opportunities to upsell services 
• Ensure clients receive the highest quality of service
• Contribute to strategies and action plans for clients
• Communicate information and feedback from to marketing team
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients 
• Monitor customer feedback and compile reports 
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Qualifications and Skills:  

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field 
• 5+ years of customer service or client relationship management experience  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills 
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects 
• Proficiency in English and Arabic required
