Job Description:
As a Commercial Assistant, you will be accountable for ensuring invoices are paid and accurate, transactional commentary is up to date while challenging suppliers around value and driving the supplier to enhance that value through benchmarking and cost analysis. as well as keeping track of monthly reports and costumer inventory data.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing offers and invoices
- Preparing initial and final invoices and receipt forms
- Preparing offers for the company's services and formulating them in a marketing manner
- Preparing proposals and marketing plans in cooperation with the Commercial Director
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments if necessary
- Keep an Inventory of customer data.
- Communicate with clients according to what is required for the workflow
- Coordinate monthly reports and process receipt forms
